Hot Tub Maintenance & Changeover Cleans

To ensure your hot tub is clean and free from bacteria it will require a full drain, deep clean, refill and chemicalise between guests. We pride ourselves on providing a comprehensive, professional and reliable service to reflect the standards your guests expect.

We offer the full service from weekly checks (when no guests are in the property) to ensure your hot tub running smoothly and the chemical levels are correct and topped up, to the full changeover clean.

In addition we can provide a handover service to instruct the tenants how to use the tub during their stay and unlimited callouts, if required.

Our holiday let maintenance/changeover contract includes:

- Fully draining the hot tub

- Removing and fully cleaning the filter with filter cleaner

- Deep clean of the body of the hot tub

- Refitting the filter

- Refill the hot tub

- Balance and chemicalise the water

Additional services:

- Handover of the hot tub once the tenants arrive

- Unlimited telephone calls and callouts throughout the stay
